Returns:
We want you to love your new linen. If for any reason you are not satisfied please notify us within 14 days from the receipt of your goods. We will offer a full refund or an exchange (minus the shipping fees). You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the bedding cannot be slept in.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on sale or promotional items unless faulty.
Please email us at hello@thelinenproject.co.nz with you name, order number and reason for return. We will then let you know what to do next.
We cannot accept responsibility for lost packages on the way back to us.
