Shipping and Returns

 

Shipping:

We offer free shipping throughout Australia. All our linen is shipped from New Zealand using NZ Post eccomony 3-10 working days tracked service. All orders are dispatched from Christchurch within 2-3 working days.

You will be notified once your parcel has been dispatched and you will be given a tracking number. 

We are more than happy to ship internationally (outside of New Zealand and Australia), please contact us on hello@thelinenproject.co.nz 

Returns:

We want you to love your new linen.  If for any reason you are not satisfied please notify us within 14 days from the receipt of your goods. We will offer a full refund or an exchange (minus the shipping fees).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the bedding cannot be slept in.

Please email us at hello@thelinenproject.co.nz with you name, order number and reason for return. We will then let you know what to do next.

We cannot accept responsibility for lost packages on the way back to us.

Faulty items: 

We hope this never happens, but in the unlikely event that your linen is faulty please email us on hello@thelinenproject.co.nz and we will review your case right away.
