All orders are dispatched from Christchurch New Zealand within 2-3 working days. We use a tracked NZ post 3-10 day economy courier service.

You will be notified once your parcel has been dispatched and you will be given a tracking number.

Returns:

We want you to love your new linen.  If for any reason you are not satisfied please notify us within 14 days from the receipt of your goods. We will offer a full refund or an exchange (you are responsible for the shipping fees).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the bedding cannot be slept in.

Please email us at hello@thelinenproject.co.nz with you name, order number and reason for return. We will then let you know what to do next.

We cannot accept responsibility for lost packages on the way back to us.
